About us

We are the First Franco-Spanish Technical Verification Body

DEVECEM® was founded in 2003 by Eduardo Martín, as an initiative of ASPEC Spain, Association of Tents and Temporary Installations, to proceed to the expertise, reports and technical verifications regulated in the C.E.E with the aim of guaranteeing the quality and safety of the materials and facilities of industry professionals.

Inspecciones de Instalaciones Temporales

DEVECEM is a technical verification office accredited by the French Ministry of the Interior and by the Business Association for Tents and Temporary Installations (ASPEC). We offer initial, periodic, modification, maintenance or expert inspections adapted to the client’s needs in temporary structures. We have a team of experts in control and inspections to approve all kinds of demountable and/or eventual structures at a European and international level.

We also carry out inspections and final certificates of assemblies prior to the start of all kinds of activities in temporary facilities. In addition, we offer studies and advice on security, accessibility and legalization of public establishments and removable industrial establishments. We also offer friendly or judicial expertise and conflict mediation in the sector of temporary installations and events. We are associated with CIECAP (PARIS), ABEX (BRUXELLES) and APCAJCV (VALENCIA). DEVECEM is the First Franco-Spanish Technical Verification Body accredited by the French Ministry of the Interior.
